Beijing Top Fortune is proud to have Professor Ma Fukang as Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer. Professor Ma is a leading academic of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Russian Academy of Construction Sciences. He was the former Chairman of the Beijing Nonferrous Metal Research Institute and one of the main organizers of the "New Materials and New Technology Forum" between Russia and China. He has many non-ferrous metal hi-tech research achievements and received the “National Technology Improvement” Prize. He also has been a deputy of the National People's Congress of China. He maintains close relationships with many well-known friends and colleagues in the high technology area which enables him to be up to date on many cutting edge scientific and technological developments.

Professor Ma has introduced many advanced technologies to meet urgent market requirements, such as a magnesium alloy processing project with 5,000 tons annual production in Ningxia, magnesium alloy smelting and forging production lines, a magnesium alloy mobile wheel axle project with an annual production of 150,000 in Liaoning,as well as a poly-silicon manufacturing project with an annual production of 1,000 tons and a total investment of over $100million in Sichuan.
